Close your eyes… Imagine walking silently through a forest, listening to the birds singing, the rustling of leaves, the murmur of a stream. Imagine touching the rough bark of a larch tree and inhaling the scent of resin. Imagine tasting ripe blueberries and juicy raspberries. Imagine observing the movement of the leaves or the changing light in the forest.
Forest Therapy is about experiencing nature through the five senses.

“It is the contemplation of beauty, and beauty opens us to new ideas.” (Selene Calloni Williams)

Forest Therapy, or forest bathing, allows us to wash away accumulated stress. Stress—often caused by technology (and not only)—creates fertile ground for the development of illnesses, including serious conditions such as cancer, diabetes, and cardiovascular diseases.

Immersion in the forest offers numerous benefits for our health. Terpenes released by plants—also found in essential oils—help regulate blood pressure and heart rate, lower cortisol levels (the stress hormone), strengthen the immune system by increasing NK cells, support the production of anti-tumor cells, alleviate depression, and enhance concentration and creativity. Forest Therapy also helps us step outside habitual beliefs, allowing us to see and perceive things in a different way.
